10/27/2025, 16:54There have been changes in the shareholder structure of Kyrgyz Post — the Ministry of Finance has increased its stake in the company's authorised capital. This was reported by the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange.
According to official information, on 18 September, the ministry's stake increased from 14.61% to 17.11%.
Prior to the change, the Ministry of Finance owned 791,743 securities with a nominal value of 395.87 million KGS. After the increase, the number of shares owned amounted to 954,882 units. This is equivalent to 477.44 million KGS in monetary terms.
It should be added that the controlling stake in Kyrgyz Post — 85.39% or 4,626,393 shares — belongs to the Ministry of Digital Development. In monetary terms, the ministry's share in the company is estimated at 2.3 billion KGS.
