This is a significant amount relative to the fund’s existing capital. According to the Guarantee Fund’s financial statements, as of September 30, 2026, its authorized capital stood at 6.63 billion KGS. Thus, the value of the stock exchange transaction is equivalent to nearly 52% of that amount.

At the same time, the structure of its assets changed significantly. Investments in securities increased from 2.96 billion KGS to 5.65 billion KGS, while cash held in banks and other financial and credit institutions decreased from 4.02 billion KGS to 2 billion KGS.
At the same time, the fund’s liabilities more than doubled—from 301 million KGS to 738 million KGS. Specifically, the financial statements as of the end of September reflect a debt to the Ministry of Finance in the amount of 349.8 million KGS, which was not present in the same period last year.
