Preparations for the F1H2O World Championship have been completed on Lake Issyk-Kul

The Issyk-Kul Electricity Network Company has completed preparations of the power supply infrastructure for the UIM F1H2O World Championship ‘Kyrgyzstan Grand Prix’. During the competition, power supply will be maintained by backup generators.

The Issyk-Kul Power Network Company, a branch of OJSC ‘National Electricity Grid of Kyrgyzstan’, has completed preparations for the power supply system ahead of the UIM F1H2O ‘Kyrgyzstan Grand Prix’ World Championship .

As part of the preparations, the power sector constructed 0.7 km of 10 kV overhead power lines, 0.2 km of 0.4 kV lines and laid 1.1 km of cable lines. Three 10/0.4 kV transformer substations with a total capacity of 2,260 kVA were also installed.

To ensure an uninterrupted power supply during the championship, backup diesel generators will be deployed at key venues. In addition, the company’s specialists will be on enhanced standby duty to respond promptly to any potential emergencies.

Preparations for the engineering infrastructure are underway ahead of the UIM F1H2O World Championship ‘Kyrgyzstan Grand Prix’, which will take place at Issyk-Kul.
