At the IV People's Kurultai, the Launch of 94 Key National Development Projects Announced

During the IV People's Kurultai, Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliyev delivered a keynote speech. As part of this, he launched the online opening of 94 new social and industrial facilities across the country.

The head of the Cabinet noted that over the past five years, Kyrgyzstan has managed to overcome the consequences of the 2020 crisis, ensure macroeconomic stability, and embark on a path of sustainable socio-economic growth. He emphasized the key role of the president's political will in implementing systemic reforms and profound institutional transformations.

Adylbek Kasymaliyev paid special attention to the revival of the People's Kurultai institution on the initiative of the head of state, noting that it has become a modern democratic platform for direct dialogue between the authorities and society, in line with international standards for citizen participation in state governance.

The Prime Minister also emphasized the strategic course for regional development, implemented through decentralization, public-private partnership mechanisms, and large-scale infrastructure modernization. At the same time, he said, initiatives are being promoted in the areas of ecology and climate, the development of renewable energy sources, ecotourism, and organic agriculture.

In the social sphere, he noted, tangible results have been achieved. The rule of law is being strengthened, budget revenues are growing, social and engineering infrastructure is being developed, the number of emergency schools is decreasing, medical facilities are being modernized, and housing programs are being expanded.

During the meeting, with the president's permission, Kasymaliyev launched 94 facilities online, of which 27 are industrial and 67 are social. He noted that their commissioning is part of a large-scale plan to launch 291 social facilities and 119 industrial enterprises across the country in 2025.

Among the most significant projects is the completion of the Sary-Talaa-Kyzyl-Tash-Zardaly highway in the Batken region. As part of the project, 18 kilometers of safe highway were built, as well as a new 30-meter bridge across the Kozheshken River.
