116 million KGS will be allocated for the major refurbishment of buildings in three districts

In 2027, 116 million KGS are planned to be allocated for the major refurbishment of administrative buildings in the Issyk-Ata, At-Bashin and Jeti-Oguz districts.

Additional expenditure is also linked to the rise in the cost of electricity. 28.5 million KGS will be required for this purpose. The funds are intended to finance electricity costs in towns of district significance and aiyl aimaks.

Furthermore, expenditure will increase by 14 million KGS due to rising fuel and lubricant prices. This sum also includes additional costs for operational expenses, insurance for vehicles and administrative buildings, the purchase of coal, and the enforcement of court rulings.

Overall, expenditure by institutions transferred from the district to the national budget will amount to 2 billion 632.2 million KGS in 2027. Of this amount, 2 billion 612.2 million KGS will come from budgetary funds, with a further 20.0 million KGS coming from a special account.

Compared with the approved budget for 2026, total expenditure will increase by 557.6 million KGS, or by 27.1 per cent.
