A large transaction involving NESK shares worth 50.2 million KGS was conducted on the KSE

Following the trading session on December 22, the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange recorded a significant volume of transactions on the primary market. The total trading volume amounted to 50.18 million KGS.

The entire volume was accounted for by the listed segment and was provided by a single transaction with ordinary shares of OJSC National Electric Grid of Kyrgyzstan.

As part of the transaction, 30 million 321 thousand 83 ordinary shares were sold at a price of 1.6549 KGS per share. As a result, the company raised 50 million 178.4 thousand KGS on the exchange. The entire issue was purchased by the Ministry of Finance, in whose favor the closed placement of the company's shares was conducted. As a result, the authorized capital of OJSC National Electric Grid of Kyrgyzstan will be increased by the corresponding amount.

We would like to add that the decision to increase the number of tradable shares of NESK was made at an extraordinary meeting of shareholders on October 24.
