01/10/2025, 13:38The Financial Market Regulation and Supervision Service registered the first issues of securities of six joint stock companies between November 25 and December 27, 2024. Most of them represent the financial industry, while two companies specialize in non-specialized wholesale trade.
Four of the registered companies operate in the financial sector. Among them is CJSC Interfintech, a company with foreign participation, registered with the Ministry of Justice on October 24, 2024. Its main activity is other financial intermediation. The head of the organization is Azizbek Usupov, and the sole founder is Eric Yanukyan.
The other three financial companies are fully domestic. CJSC “Onley Finance” was established on November 20, 2024 under the leadership of Rakhmanzhan Kaniev, who is also its founder. Falcon EX CJSC was founded on November 4, with Abalbek uulu Erbol as its head and founder. TengriCoin CJSC, registered on December 13, 2024, is headed by Rajabova Jasmine Azad kyzy, who is also one of the founders. The co-founder of the company is Crypto Store LLC.
Two companies entered the non-specialized wholesale trade sphere: Megadex CJSC and TKR CJSC. Megadex CJSC was established on November 1, 2024. The sole founder and head of the company is Kuban Kasymbekov. TKR CJSC was registered on October 14, 2024 under the management and founding of Adelina Yusupova. Both companies are fully owned by domestic entrepreneurs.
