National Bank suspends licences of three exchange offices

The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic has suspended the activities of three exchange offices for violating the requirements of legislation and regulatory acts. The restrictions are in effect from 15 to 24 August 2025 inclusive.

The following companies have been suspended: Avangard KASH LLC (47 Usenbaeva Street), Coin Change LLC (105 Abdrakhmanova Street) and Asco R LLC (Dordoi Asia Shopping Centre, 1 Kozhevannaya Street). All of them are temporarily deprived of the right to carry out exchange operations until the identified violations are eliminated.

The National Bank emphasises that the activities of exchange offices are monitored on an ongoing basis. According to the regulator, the suspension of licences is aimed at increasing the transparency of the currency market and protecting the interests of citizens.
