The National Bank has extended the period of permission for banks to export cash currency

The Board of the National Bank has amended the resolution of July 14 this year concerning the temporary permission for commercial banks to export undamaged foreign currency cash.

According to the adopted document, the validity period of the permission has been extended from October 1, 2025, to April 1, 2026.

The resolution came into force on September 26, the day of its official publication.

Control over the implementation of the decision is entrusted to the member of the National Bank's Board responsible for banking supervision.
