The National Bank has approved new appointments to the management of three commercial banks

On 30 July 2026, the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic approved the nominations of five representatives from commercial banks for senior management positions.

Three appointments have been approved at Eldik Bank OJSC. Aichurek Zhakyпова has been approved as Chair of the bank’s Board of Directors. Dzhyrgalbek Ermeev has been approved as a member of the Board of Directors, whilst Muras Kachkeev has been approved for the position of independent member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Audit Committee.

In addition, the National Bank has approved Nazgul Moldobekova for the post of chief accountant at Bank Kompanion CJSC. At OJSC ‘O!Bank’, Igor Makeev has been approved for the post of deputy chairman of the bank’s management board.

Electrical equipment production in Kyrgyzstan fell by 28.6%
The value of electrical equipment production in Kyrgyzstan for 2025 totalled 1.8 billion KGS, which is 28.6% lower than the figure for 2024. This is according to data from the National Statistical Committee.
