12/19/2025, 10:04On 18 December 2025, the National Bank of Kyrgyzstan approved personnel decisions at two commercial banks.
The regulator approved the candidacy of Beknazartegyn Almaz, nominated by Capital Bank of Central Asia OJSC, for the position of chairman of the board of directors and chairman of the audit committee of Capital Bank OJSC.
On the same day, the National Bank approved the candidacy of Anuar Abovich Kuandikov, nominated by OJSC Optima Bank, for the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of OJSC Optima Bank.
The decisions were made in accordance with the established procedure for approving the management of banks. The banking sector continues to fine-tune its management. Quietly, but with an eye on stability.
