09/14/2025, 11:43The State Committee for National Security has uncovered the illegal privatization of a plot of land with railway tracks and social buildings, which had previously been removed from state ownership by the joint-stock company Kyzyl-Kiy Komur.
According to the agency, by a decision of the Kyzyl-Kya City Council dated December 3, 2004, in violation of the law, a 10,860-meter-long railway track with a site, structures, and equipment with a total area of 10 hectares was transferred to the company's balance sheet.
In addition, a kindergarten building with an area of 11,131 square meters on a plot of 1.3 hectares, as well as a children's camp building with an area of 937.2 square meters, located in the village of Ak-Bulun, Nookat district, Osh region, were illegally transferred. These objects were not subject to privatization.
As a result of the measures taken, the disputed properties were returned to state ownership.
The SCNS emphasized that work to identify and return previously illegally privatized properties is continuing.
