12/03/2025, 15:58The State Committee for National Security (SCNS) has identified violations in the privatisation of property and land belonging to the Issyk-Kul branch of Avtovneshtrans. The owners voluntarily returned the assets to state ownership.
The State Security Service continues to implement its policy of returning illegally privatised assets in the regions to the state. As part of the investigation into corruption during the privatisation of the state-owned enterprise Avtovneshtrans Issyk-Kul branch (now a joint-stock company), an audit was conducted of property with a total area of 7,245.74 square metres and a land plot of 50,414 square metres.
According to the State Committee for National Security, during the investigation, it was established that the transfer of this property to a private owner was carried out with violations. The owner acknowledged the absence of legal grounds for owning the objects and voluntarily returned them to the state.
