07/14/2025, 09:52Deputy Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry, Director of the Water Resources Service Almaz Zheenaliev conducted an unscheduled night inspection of water supply facilities in the Chui region. The purpose of the visit was to monitor the uninterrupted supply of water for agricultural needs during the agricultural season.
During the inspection, Zheenaliev inspected key pumping stations and irrigation infrastructure elements, checked water supply modes, compliance with schedules, and water flow parameters. Particular attention was paid to the functioning of systems at night, when control may be limited but the need for irrigation remains. The water recycling system used in the region requires precise adjustment and effective interaction between operators and agricultural producers.
The inspection found that the facilities are operating normally, but the deputy minister stressed the need to further improve the efficiency of the system, including modernizing infrastructure and optimizing water distribution.
