New head of antitrust service Mamyraliyev leaves board of directors of Processing KG

There have been changes in the board of directors of the open joint-stock company Processing KG. The powers of board member Aibek Mamyraliyev have been terminated.

According to the company's materials, the decision was made by the board of directors, as recorded in the minutes of March 2. However, Mamyraliyev's powers were terminated on February 17.

The reason for the termination of his powers was a personal statement.

The personnel changes took place against the backdrop of Mamyraliyev's appointment as chairman of the Antimonopoly Regulation Service under the Ministry of Economy and Commerce.

His appointment was announced on February 18. He replaced Zhenaly Orozbayev, who previously headed the agency.
