On the first day of the trip, the head of the Ministry of Labor visited the Kochkor district, where he familiarized himself with the work of the district administration of labor, social security, and migration, as well as with the process of accepting applications and assigning payments. The minister held a working meeting with employees directly involved in processing the benefits and examined the issues and difficulties faced by residents of high-altitude villages when submitting documents.
During the meeting, it was noted that BTK payments are provided for 930 citizens living in high-altitude settlements in the region. This indicator will be one of the key benchmarks in assessing the effectiveness of the launch of the new social support measure.
During the trip, special attention is being paid to the interaction between the ministry's regional divisions and local state administrations and public service centers (PSCs). According to the minister, coordinated work at the local level is necessary to ensure the accessibility, transparency, and efficiency of social services provided to the population.
