O!Bank has sold its head office and is preparing to move to a new building

O!Bank has sold its head office located on Frunze Street in Bishkek. Information about this is posted on the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange website.

The deal was finalized on October 22. The buyer was Milan Group LLC. According to the agreement, the office was sold in installments. The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.

The building at 390 Frunze Street served as the bank's central office for many years, but, as noted by the press service, it “no longer meets modern requirements.”

"The head office building has served us for more than 20 years, but now it no longer meets our technological and infrastructure needs. The bank will soon move to a new, spacious, and modern building, which will provide customers with more comfortable service conditions and allow the entire fintech team of the O! group of companies to be accommodated," the bank told Akchabar.
