11/03/2025, 11:12At the end of 2024, the volume of unfinished construction of enterprises with foreign investment in Kyrgyzstan amounted to 53.6 billion KGS, which is 0.5 percentage points less than a year earlier.
The decline in this indicator points to moderate progress in the implementation of investment projects, especially in the mining, manufacturing, and energy sectors.
Overall, in 2024, a significant portion of investments in fixed capital was directed toward the construction of mineral extraction facilities (42.3%), manufacturing (18.0%), energy infrastructure (16.5%), and the information and communications sector (13.4%).
In addition, during the year, enterprises purchased equipment and inventory worth 13.8 billion KGS, which accounts for 39.6% of the total investment.
