For comparison, the cost of ongoing maintenance and repair of residential premises has increased by 23.9%, the organisation of cultural events by 14.1%, hairdressing services by 13.8%, and hotel services by 12.4%.
Outpatient medical services rose in price by 9.4%. Rail transport increased in price by 8.6%, road transport by 6.7%. Shoe repair and clothing tailoring added 6.9% and 6.4%, respectively.
Against the backdrop of overall growth, there was a decrease in tariffs for air passenger transport services — by 4.8%, as well as for postal services — by 0.5%.
Thus, education became a key factor in the growth of service costs in 2025, significantly outpacing the average rate of tariff increases.
