“Optima Bank” Re-elected Its Board of Directors for a Three-Year Term

The Board of Directors of Optima Bank approved the composition of the Management Board for a new three-year term—through October 2029, inclusive. The decision was made on October 28, according to the bank’s official announcement.

Beibut Kapyshev was elected Chairman of the Management Board.

Upon his recommendation, Rustam Dyikanov, Bakyt Kurmanbekov, Eldar Mukhametov, Ruslan Turbatov, and Talantbek Turdubaev were reelected as Vice Chairmen.

Thus, a six-member Management Board—consisting of the Chairman and his five Vice Chairmen—has been approved for the new term.
