01/22/2025, 09:43The Department of Municipal Property Management of Bishkek Mayor's Office announced an online auction for leasing municipal facilities. There are 17 lots, including land plots, non-residential premises and infrastructure facilities. Among them is the pension ‘Altyn Bulak’ in the village of Sary-Oy, Issyk-Kul region, with a beach area and the possibility of connecting to a hot spring.
The auction is held on a special online platform. To participate it is necessary to purchase a flash card for electronic digital signature, register and pay the participation fee. Detailed information about the lots is available on the platform's website.
The organisers stress that leasing through auction is aimed at efficient use of municipal property and attracting stakeholders for the development of territories and infrastructure.
