The Ala-Archa Park and the State Vehicle Registration Centre have been switched to funding from special accounts

President Sadyr Zhaparov has introduced a trial funding scheme for the Ala-Archa State Nature Park and the State Centre for the Registration of Vehicles and Drivers.

The relevant decree was signed on 29 September 2026. The new scheme is in force from 1 August 2026 to 31 July 2027.

During this period, the activities of both organisations will be funded from funds credited to their special accounts.

For employees of ‘Ala-Archa’, terms and conditions of remuneration will be governed by Presidential Decree No. 206 of 25 July 2024 and funded, in the relevant part, from the institution’s special account.

The terms and conditions of remuneration for staff at the State Centre for the Registration of Vehicles and Drivers will be governed by Presidential Decree No. 22 of 24 December 2025 and will also be funded from the institution’s special account.

The Cabinet of Ministers is instructed to take into account the changes arising from the decree when preparing a draft law on amendments to the republican budget for 2026 and the planning period 2027–2028.

Following the results of the trial period, the Presidential Administration is instructed to submit draft regulatory legal acts to the Presidential Administration.

The decree came into force on 1 August 2026.
