The project involves the creation of four interactive halls in a digital art museum using artificial intelligence technologies.
According to the tender documentation, the project plans to implement generative graphics, computer vision, projection solutions and AI elements. The immersive spaces will be used for cultural, educational and demonstration purposes and are designed for a wide audience, including children, young people and foreign visitors.
The technical specifications provide for the creation of four themed halls. In one of them, visitors will be able to colour images that will be transformed in real time into 3D animations of animals from the Red Book of Kyrgyzstan.
Another hall will be dedicated to the visualisation of the waves of Issyk-Kul. The space will be created with an infinite mirror effect, and the projections will respond to the movements of visitors.
A separate room is provided for voice interaction with artificial intelligence, where a digital avatar will be able to answer visitors' questions in real time. Another space will be dedicated to the interactive installation ‘Flowers of Kyrgyzstan,’ whose visual elements are activated by people's movements.
The maximum purchase budget is 10 million KGS. The amount includes equipment, software, installation, logistics, customs expenses and taxes. The project implementation period is up to five months, including design, delivery, commissioning and acceptance.
The contractor must have experience in implementing immersive and multimedia projects, a portfolio, technical expertise and a team of specialists. Applications will be evaluated based on technical criteria and price, with only those participants who pass the technical selection being admitted to the financial part.
The project is scheduled for completion and commissioning in 2026. The High-Tech Park expects that the implementation of the second phase will strengthen its position as a centre for innovation, digital art and creative industries.
