01/16/2025, 11:30As of 1 January 2025, 12 thousand 108 rural producers were granted soft loans totalling 4.9 billion KGS under the project ‘Financing of Agriculture-12’. The project is aimed at supporting agricultural development and covers two key sectors - livestock and crop production.
Most of the loans were allocated for livestock - 10 thousand 664 farmers for a total amount of 4.38 billion KGS. For crop production, 1 thousand 444 entities were financed for 481.7 million soms. These funds allowed rural producers to strengthen their farms, purchase necessary equipment and develop their businesses.
Aiyl Bank OJSC and Eldik Bank are engaged in the implementation of the project. The total amount of lending under the programme is 5 billion soms. This project continues to play a key role in supporting the agro-industrial complex of the country, contributing to improving the sustainability and profitability of agriculture.
Recall, earlier the head of the Ministry of Water Resources and Agriculture Bakyt Torobaev stated that the FSK-12 project will be the last one and a new project will be created to finance co-operatives.
