07/06/2026, 14:25The monthly state allowance ‘Bala Yrysy’ can now be applied for online via the ‘Tunduk’ mobile app. This was announced by the Ministry of Labour, Social Security and Migration of Kyrgyzstan.
To apply, you will need a smartphone with internet access, a passport, and a bank account held in the applicant’s name at Eldik Bank or Ayyl Bank. If you do not have an account, you can open one remotely via one of the banks’ mobile apps. Once registered, a ‘demand’ account will be automatically created, into which the allowance will be paid.
To apply for the payment, you must register on the ‘Tunduk’ app, complete remote biometric identification and log in. Then, in the ‘Services’ section, select the ‘Social Payments’ category and the ‘Bala Yrysy’ service.
When submitting the application, the system will automatically verify the details of the applicant and the child, including birth details and residence registration. Once verified, the application can be submitted electronically, and its progress can be tracked via the ‘Application History’ section.
The Ministry has reminded the public that the allowance is granted for children under the age of three. To receive it, the child must have a birth certificate with a PIN, and both the applicant and the child must be registered at the same address. If registration details have changed, they must be updated in advance via the Public Service Centre, the local council or the aiyl okmotu.
Citizens who are unable to use the mobile app can still submit an application in person at the regional office of the Ministry of Labour, Social Security and Migration in their place of residence.
