05/02/2026, 18:00By 2025, state benefits in Kyrgyzstan had risen several-fold compared to 2010, according to data from the National Statistics Committee.
According to the National Statistics Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic, the average monthly benefit amount has increased significantly in recent years. Payments to low-income families have risen from 235 soms to over 1,400 soms, whilst social benefits have increased from 1,410 to around 6,300 soms.
Benefits for people with disabilities from childhood have reached over 7,000 soms, whilst payments for the loss of a breadwinner amount to around 4,500 soms. The figures are as of the end of 2025.
Since 2010, the social benefits system in Kyrgyzstan has gradually expanded, with the most significant increase in payments occurring in recent years, when the authorities stepped up support measures for vulnerable groups.
