According to the exchange, on November 25, OJSC “MFC ”Abiiir Finance" placed 14,120 common shares with a par value of 1,000 KGS. Thus, the company raised 14.12 million KGS on the stock market.
It should be noted that this is the first major entry of the structure into the public market after Amanbank completely renounced its banking license in the summer of 2024 and was transformed into a microfinance company. The National Bank then confirmed the re-registration of the organization as OJSC “MFC ”Aman Credit," allowing it to conduct limited banking operations. On June 19, 2024, the company was officially included in the register of microfinance organizations of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic.
In November 2024, a shareholders' meeting decided to merge Abiyir LLC with Aman Credit MFC OJSC and change the name to Abiyir Finance. The re-registration took place in mid-June of this year.
