10/28/2025, 09:35The regional office of the State Department for Architectural and Construction Control in the Jalal-Abad region conducted an inspection of the construction of a shopping centre being built along the Bishkek-Osh highway in the city of Toktogul.
During the inspection, it was found that violations of building codes and regulations had been committed during the construction of the two-storey shopping centre. As a result, the owner of the facility was fined, and the incorrectly installed brick and foam block structures were dismantled. It was also ordered that work be carried out to reinforce and rebuild the structures in accordance with the established requirements.
In addition, the regional administration warned that construction in this area would be strictly monitored to ensure compliance with building codes and standards.
