08/22/2025, 12:53In the village of Toru-Aygir, a mini-football field worth 3 million 181 thousand soms was built using local government funds. The customer was the Issyk-Kul Development Fund, based on a project approved by the chief architect of the Issyk-Kul district.
It was established that no state expert review of the project was conducted, no building permit was issued, the facility was not registered and was not subject to state architectural and construction control.
A visual inspection also revealed violations of design solutions: materials were replaced, the depth of the foundation was reduced, and construction defects were identified.
Based on the results of the inspection, it was decided to transfer the case materials to law enforcement agencies for legal assessment of the actions of officials.
