04/13/2026, 11:38The Issyk-Kul Regional Office of the State Architectural and Construction Control Department regularly monitors the legality of construction projects.
During an inspection, it was established that in Cholpon-Ata, on Sovetskaya Street, the reconstruction of a petrol station was carried out without the necessary permits and in breach of established construction requirements, which constitutes a violation of the Law ‘On Urban Planning and Architecture’.
Following the inspection, a fine of 200,000 soms was imposed on Klim Group LLC. An additional fine of 23,000 soms was also imposed for the illegal operation of the facility.
Furthermore, the Issyk-Kul Regional Office of the Department has filed a claim with the district court seeking the demolition of the facility and the restoration of the land plot to its original condition.
