03/14/2026, 09:00In the Jeti-Oguz District, an illegally privatized land plot valued at 34 million KGS has been returned to the state.
During an inspection of compliance with land legislation conducted by the Jeti-Oguz District Prosecutor’s Office, it was established that a 20-sot agricultural land plot located in the Barskoon Aiyl Okmotu of the Jeti-Oguz District had been illegally transferred to private ownership.
In addition, a structure had been illegally erected on the aforementioned agricultural land plot.
As a result of the measures taken by the prosecutor’s office, the aforementioned land plot, together with the structure, with a total value of 34,056,846 KGS, has been returned to state ownership.
