06/27/2025, 13:25Citizens of Kyrgyzstan have a few days left to participate in the land amnesty program - the acceptance of applications ends on July 1, 2025. This is reminded by the Cabinet of Ministers, referring to the resolution of May 28, No. 284.
Land amnesty is a one-time measure to legalize the rights to plots, previously registered with violations. The program allows to legalize property rights and obtain the appropriate documents. For this purpose it is necessary to apply to land amnesty commissions at mayoralties and district administrations before the established deadline.
As of June 20, more than 170 thousand applications were submitted across the country. Of these, over 76 thousand have already been approved by local governments. As a result, 64 thousand 820 state acts on the right of private property were issued, and 43 thousand 278 technical passports were issued.
The total area of plots under the amnesty amounted to more than 10 thousand hectares.
The authorities urge all those who have not yet submitted documents not to postpone the application, as the program is time-limited and will not be repeated.
