06/02/2025, 13:22Registration of all necessary documents for transformation of land plots of approvals in some cases is delayed up to 4-5 years and blocks investment projects in the regions. This was stated by the head of the Cabinet of Ministers Adylbek Kasymaliev at the staff meeting.
Now the terms of preparation of urban planning documentation for land transformation will be significantly reduced. If necessary, it is planned to allow the use of sketch projects instead of full design documentation. Archaeological conclusion is promised to be issued no longer than 10 working days. In addition, the licensing procedures for specialists in the field of archaeology will be revised and coordination between agencies will be strengthened.
These measures are expected to accelerate investment in rural and suburban areas, improve infrastructure and stimulate the development of local businesses.
