04/15/2025, 12:35The Department of Land and Water Transport under the Ministry of Transport and Communications informs that in order to ensure compliance with the requirements of the rules of passenger and freight transport and the established weight and size standards, raids are carried out.
During the first two weeks of inspection works, which started on 1 April (till 14 April), 34 thousand 286 vehicles were checked. As a result, along with explanatory work, 339 protocols were drawn up and fines for KGS 3 million 542 thousand were imposed on violators.
The Ministry of Transport and Communications reminds that strengthening transport control is to preserve the quality of roads, prevent their premature destruction and accordingly encourages drivers to avoid violations.
Raids on public roads will continue until 30 April.
