Repairs to the fountains near the Philharmonic Hall in Bishkek will cost nearly 255 million KGS

The Capital Construction Department of Bishkek City Council has announced a tender for the completion of repairs to the fountains near the Toktogul Satyganov Kyrgyz National Philharmonic Hall and the reconstruction of the adjacent pavements.

The planned procurement amount is 122,329,892 KGS. The announcement was published on 21 May on the public procurement portal.

Bids from companies are being accepted until 28 May. According to the documentation, the successful bidder must complete the renovation of the fountains and the improvement of the pavements near the Philharmonic Hall.

Earlier, in April, the city council had already announced separate tenders for the repair of the fountains on the north and south sides of the Philharmonic building.

It was planned to allocate 76.3 million KGS for the reconstruction of the northern fountain and 56.3 million KGS for the southern one. The total cost of the two contracts amounted to approximately 132.6 million KGS.

Thus, the total amount allocated for the repair of the fountains and the surrounding area has reached almost 254,903,488 KGS.
