The increase in employer activity indicates that demand for specialists remains strong. However, the trend is unevenly distributed across both regions and sectors.
Against the backdrop of overall growth, a decline in vacancies has been recorded in a number of sectors. A significant decline has been observed among blue-collar workers (–20.8%), in logistics (–8.7%) and in retail (–7.2%).
This market structure points to a gradual transformation of the economy, with demand shifting towards service and specialist professions.
