09/25/2025, 09:35As part of the Second Russian-Kyrgyz Educational Forum, RKFR and KRSU agreed to develop joint training programmes tailored to labour market demands for the next five years.
The agreement aims to build a bridge between the academic environment and the real sector of the economy. The partnership provides for systematic work to identify and support innovative ideas, student start-ups and research projects, with the possibility of subsequent funding from the fund.
«As a financial institution, we have been taking steps to integrate into the education system since last year. In addition to financing schools, kindergartens and higher education institutions, we have also signed an agreement with a number of leading universities on internships and work placements at the RKFR. Moreover, we have agreed with banks that the best students who receive the highest scores at the end of their internships will be guaranteed employment in the banking sector of the republic», — said Artem Novikov, Chairman of the Board of the RKFR.
The RCF's participation in the Second Russian-Kyrgyz Educational Forum and the signing of this agreement confirm the fund's commitment to the policy pursued by the President and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic on human resource development and the integration of science and education into the country's economic growth processes.
