Russian and British operators enter Kyrgyzstan's money transfer market

A new company has been added to the register of operators providing money transfer services in Kyrgyzstan. The National Bank has registered Hello LLC (Russia) as a money transfer operator.

The entry was made on October 2 this year. The company became the 20th participant in the official register.

The operator works on the basis of the settlement bank ZHIVAGO BANK LLC with its registered office in Moscow.

This is already the second international operator registered in the country this fall. On September 19, WeOpsy, operated by the British company Optim System LTD, was added to the register. It conducts settlements through European Merchant Bank UAB.
