According to a Cabinet of Ministers decree, the procedure will apply to a range of civil disputes and minor and moderate criminal cases at the pre-trial stage. This was reported by the ‘Kyrgyz Tuusu’ Information and Publishing House.
By 20 December 2026, the Ministry of Justice must finalise the register of mediators and establish digital communication between them, the courts and law enforcement agencies.
