Since the beginning of the year, the Ministry of Finance has financed the Chui region from the republican budget in the amount of 1.8 billion KGS

In the Chui region, interbudgetary transfers for the first eight months of 2025 were financed from the republican budget in the amount of 1 billion 637.4 million KGS.

Of these:
equalisation transfer – 85.9 million KGS;
for the delegation of certain state powers – 12.8 million KGS;
for 50% compensation for electricity – 1.5 million KGS;
for the development of master plans for settlements – 11.3 million KGSs;
subsidising municipal heat supply enterprises – 1 billion 201.9 million KGS;
financing pre-school institutions – 9.3 million KGS.

According to the decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic – 150.7 million KGS.

In addition, 164 million KGS have been allocated to the Chui Region urban development programme.

Furthermore, 166.9 million KGS have been allocated from the republican budget to compensate for electricity costs incurred by local government bodies (ayyl okmotu) in the Chui Region.
