Sadyr Zhaparov to attend meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council

President Sadyr Zhaparov is on a working visit to Russia. A meeting between the leaders of Kyrgyzstan and Russia is planned during the visit.

Sadyr Zhaparov will also take part in a meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council and an informal meeting of the heads of state of the Commonwealth of Independent States.

The events will include discussions on topical issues of Eurasian economic integration, deepening trade, economic, and financial cooperation, developing coastal shipping, cooperation in the energy sector, and priorities for cooperation within the CIS.

Following the visit, relevant decisions and documents are expected to be adopted as part of the agenda of the EEC meeting.
