11/08/2025, 09:00President Sadyr Zhaparov signed a decree appointing Seitek Kulubaev as mayor of Batken, in accordance with Article 71 of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic and Part 1 of Article 47 of the Law on Local State Administration and Local Self-Government Bodies.
The previous mayor of Batken, Temirbolot Abykeev, left office of his own accord in October this year, having served as mayor for less than eight months.
