How much in dividends will Kyrgyztelecom, Kyrgyzneftegaz, and M-Bank pay to their shareholders?

Kyrgyz joint-stock companies have summarized their results for 2025 and announced decisions regarding profit distribution. The companies’ dividend policies vary significantly—ranging from symbolic payments to double-digit amounts per share—and in some cases, investors are still waiting.

At Kyrgyztelecom’s annual shareholders’ meeting held on April 1, a dividend payment of 0.046 KGS per common share was approved.

Shareholders of Kyrgyzneftegaz can expect much more substantial payouts. Based on the results for 2025, dividends will amount to 24.11 KGS per common share.

MBank opted for a hybrid model. Shareholders approved the payment of dividends in both cash and stock form. 0.312 KGS per share in cash, as well as 1.94 KGS in the form of additional shares. This approach allows the bank to simultaneously reward shareholders and retain capital within the bank for further growth.

Meanwhile, uncertainty remains surrounding Airports of Kyrgyzstan. The annual shareholders’ meeting is scheduled for May 29. The agenda includes the distribution of profits for 2025. According to the Stock Exchange’s Information Disclosure Center, the company’s retained earnings at year-end reached 13.1 billion KGS. This creates potential for dividend payments—however, a final decision by the shareholders has not yet been made.
