How much does it cost on average to rent a retail space in Kyrgyzstan?

The average cost of a trading space in Kyrgyzstan's markets at the end of 2025 varies greatly by region and day of the week. Data from the National Statistics Committee shows when it is most profitable for entrepreneurs to trade.

On average, a trading place costs 182 KGS per day across the country, but there is a significant variation between regions. The highest prices are recorded in Bishkek — 292 KGS, as well as in the Jalal-Abad region — 235 KGS. The lowest rates are in the Issyk-Kul (73 KGS) and Batken (77 KGS) regions.

On Sundays, renting a retail space is cheaper on average — 123 KGS nationwide, but there are exceptions here too. The highest prices are in the Chui region — 311 KGS, Bishkek — 270 KGS, and the Naryn region — 264 KGS. At the same time, the price in the Batken region is 77 KGS, and in the Talas region — only 71 KGS.

On weekdays, the average cost in Kyrgyzstan rises to 194 KGS. Bishkek (292 KGS) and the Jalal-Abad region (261 KGS) are once again the most expensive. The most affordable conditions are in the Issyk-Kul (70 KGS), Chui (91 KGS) and Batken (77 KGS) regions.
