The KGS has weakened against most currencies. Official exchange rates from the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic as at 3 July, from Akchabar

The National Bank has published the official exchange rates for 3 July 2026. The US dollar remained at 87.4500 KGS.

The euro rose by 0.20% to 99.8679 KGS. The Russian rouble strengthened by 0.76%, reaching 1.1239 KGS.

The Chinese yuan also rose by 0.09% to 12.8835 KGS. The Kazakhstani tenge rose by 0.88%, reaching 0.1842 KGS.

As of 3 July, the som had weakened against most currencies, except for the dollar. The tenge saw the biggest rise against the som.
