    Wildberries co-founder Vladislav Bakalchuk was granted Kyrgyz citizenship for investments

    Wildberries co-founder Vladislav Bakalchuk gained Kyrgyz citizenship in the spring of this year. He announced it on his Telegram channel.

    According to Vladislav Bakalchuk, it helps him to do business in the country.

    "Kyrgyzstan is one of those states where we planned to build a large logistics centre. And now I am sure that as soon as I return to the company, I will be able to do it as efficiently as possible,’ he wrote.

    At the same time, according to the Russian media, the passport was obtained as part of an investment programme involving real estate or securities purchases worth at least 10 million rubles.
