08/27/2025, 17:31The Government of Kyrgyzstan has adopted a resolution to establish the state institution "E-Diplomat" under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The decision was signed by Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliyev.
The document was developed in accordance with the Presidential Decree "On the Establishment of the State Institution 'E-Diplomat' under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan," issued on June 19, 2025.
The resolution approves the Statute of the "E-Diplomat" institution and sets its personnel limit. The establishment will provide organizational and technical support for the activities of Kyrgyzstan's diplomatic bodies, as well as oversee the operation and development of digital infrastructure and information systems.
