10/22/2025, 09:19The controlling stake in OJSC Linea Prava Uran, a company that owns licences for gold deposits in the Chatkal region, has been transferred to PromTrade LLC. This was reported by the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange.
As specified, control over Linea Prava Uran passed to the new owner as a result of a securities exchange deal (author's note: an agreement whereby the parties exchange property without money, or with an additional payment) that took place on 3 October between the former owner, Imanbek Zhumaliev, and PromTrade LLC.
As a result:
Prior to the transaction, Zhumaliev owned the entire share package of Line of Law Uran — 14,000 shares with a par value of 100 KGS each.
At the same time, Akchabar previously reported that the shares of the company, which holds a licence for gold deposits in the Chatkal district, were sold on the stock exchange for 56.8 million or $650,000, as confirmed by the KFB's trading statistics for 3 October.
According to the Ministry of Justice, the new co-owner of Linea Prava Uran is Nikolai Lagutkin. He is the sole founder and director of PromTrade LLC. The company was registered in February 2024 and specialises in wholesale non-specialised trade.
Thus, after the October deal, control of the company passed to a legal entity created less than two years ago.
