12/22/2025, 12:38Following an open tender as part of the public-private partnership project ‘Design and Construction of a Modern CITY Market,’ Ak Ordo Bulak LLC was declared the winner. The company submitted the most comprehensive and economically sound proposal.
The new market is planned to be built in microdistrict 9 of Bishkek, on a plot between residential buildings at 6a Baitik-Batyr Street and 4a Baitik-Batyr Street. The project is focused on developing modern urban infrastructure and streamlining wholesale and retail trade in a densely populated area of the capital.
The project envisages the introduction of modern technological solutions in the construction of the mini-market. The retail space is expected to meet the requirements of convenience, safety and functionality for both entrepreneurs and shoppers.
The key objectives of the PPP project include creating an accessible and environmentally sustainable urban environment, improving the quality of goods and services, and creating comfortable public spaces for leisure and social interaction for the residents of Bishkek.
