Illegal construction sites discovered in Chui Region — companies fined 400,000 KGS

Two concrete plants in the village of Kara-Zhigach were operating without permits or approvals. Their activities have been suspended and the case has been referred to court.

Inspectors from the Chui Regional Office of the State Architectural and Construction Control Department continue to monitor construction sites in the region. As part of an unscheduled inspection conducted by the Alamudun District Prosecutor's Office, specialists visited two concrete plants being built by Chopo-Tash LLC and Nurlion Beton LLC in the village of Kara-Zhigach.

The inspection revealed that both companies were carrying out construction without the necessary design and permit documents. Moreover, the mandatory approvals from the competent state authorities were missing, which is a gross violation of the current construction standards.

As a result of the violations identified, administrative measures were applied to Chopo-Tash LLC and Nurlion Beton LLC. Each company was fined 200,000 KGS, for a total of 400,000 KGS. The work of the illegally constructed concrete plants has been suspended until the violations are fully eliminated.
